Actually this is a good value. Just know that a boat shoe is full of holes and any little puddle will allow water to come through the sole.

I like the sole drain holes as opposed to side drains, in Hawaii and Tahiti for three weeks I will be on and off a sailboat, diving, hiking, surfing etc. The shoe is strong, comfortable and light enough to earn the one shoe spot in my limited luggage space. I'm happy with my choice of them. They were comfortable from the first day. I will see more about them after the beating they will get soon.
