The single-person Aruba Hammock is a member of Byer of Maine's new line of hybrid hammocks. By adding wooden spreader bars to their traditional Brazilian-style design, they created a hammock with increased stability and the same supportive comfort. Since the spreader bars are shorter than the fabric width, you still get the deep sleep-pocket characteristic of Byer of Maine most popular hammocks. Lie diagonally to experience intended level of support and comfort. The Aruba features Elltex fiber for UV ray and mildew resistance, and it can support up to 330 pounds.

Yes this is a great hammock to relax in. It roles up neatly for storage and it's easy to set-up. You will need at least 8 ft of strong cord to tie it up - I used a nylon cord (4 ft each end). The cloth is very comfortable (soft to the touch) and the colors are relaxing. It feels great! Highly Recommended!

I love this hammock. It is very comfortable, affordable, arrived fast. Some of the rope is cheaply woven, but... the hammock was cheap...

I love this hammock! It is comfortable and the colors are bright and vibrant. It is the new "best place to be" at home, and my daughter actually will choose to read in the hammock rather than watch t.v! (How gratifying is that?!)

a very good looking hammock, that is also very comfortable. I only wish it had a higher weight capacity (250 lbs ). I easily am under the weight but it would be nice if my kids could safely jump on daddy when he's relaxing. It has rained on the hammock and it hasn't stretched at all. Have only had it month so don't know about fading. I highly recommend this hammock for the price.
