...This book is great for TCI scuba trips. I've just purchased my third replacement copy, this time from LeisurePro through Amazon. They charge $11 to ship the book by US Postal book-rate (The Post Office charges just over $1 for a book this size). That type of mark-up is clearly unethical by any standard. Beware...
