 Cayman Crocs are Better March 14, 2010

I am a lifeguard at an indoor water park. We are required to wear some type of sandal/clog as long as there is a strap around the ankle (since we run when there is an emergency).
My boss recommended we buy crocs so I got the beach crocs first. They were comfortable but not the right size. I then went to Dillard's and got the Black Yukon Crocs in size 10 and size wise they fit great.
Here is where the bad part comes in. I am on duty for 6+ hours at a time and the inside of these crocs when worn without socks will murder your feet. The first day of work when I came home afterwards I had red marks everywhere and my feet ached horrible not to mention small blisters forming. Again the size was good but the material inside is NOT bare feet friendly.
I ended up ordering the Cayman Crocs since they have the same sizing system as the Yukons so hopefully those won't kill my feet.

I have sweaty feet and I thought this would be the answer to them but they are not. I usually wear sandles as they cool my feet, but since they are way to casual I thought something with a little bit of more would be appropriate for school and etc. They are nice and stylish but they are not the answer to sweaty feet, the plastic is just too hot! Although they are very user friendly, putting them on off and etc.

Absolutely perfect! I can be on my feet literally all day long in these in perfect comfort. They look great without screaming "hey look at me!" and my black ones are pretty versatile with what they can be worn with; casual yet classy. I wore these on sharp rocks and jumped up on hard and rough ground and my feet felt just as comfortable as if on carpet. I honestly can't say enough about how good these sandals are. If they get dusty I just quickly wipe them with a damp clothe and they look brand new. My only complaint, and it's not much of one, is that if dirt or gravel get inside it's not so easy to get out without taking the whole shoe off. Otherwise, three thumbs up from me!
