I have had a pair in the chocolate brown color for a while, my favorite pair of shoes other than flip flops!! I loved them so much I decided to buy another pair in purple here on amazon. These boots are amazing! I am ALWAYS cold. If Im not moving around my body stops making heat and I start to freeze, even on sunny winter days. With these boots I dont need to carry around a jacket anymore. No heat is lost through my feet and I stay warm and my feet feel papmered all day.
One little issue....I recieved my purple pair only to find one shoe had a defect in side near the toe. A hard little imperfection that hurt my toes when I walked. I sent them back with a replacement request, they shipped in a hurry and I have a new pair of beautiful boots.
My feet are a size 9 1/2 to a 10 sometimes & I ordered the size 10. They are a bit snug but will stretch out a bit like my last pair and fit like a glove in a week or so. Also, it seems that there may be a slight difference in the overall feel of the finished boot if it will be a non-natural color. The tanning/dying process must be harsher to create a BRIGHT purple or blue. The diff in the finished boot is only apparent to me (no one else in the house can tell the diff) because I ride horses and deal with leather on a daily basis. There also may be a slight variation in the leather itself at the begining of the process, some animals have thicker fur, etc.
Love them, want more, and would order another pair from amazon with no worries!
The color purple in the pic is close to the real thing, but not a rich as the boots really are. ;)

I loved the instant good fit of my Tamarac (Slippers International) boots, so I took a chance on these Bearpaws. They are okay, but the suede is not as soft, and they hurt my upper feet above the arch. Perhaps the fit will improve as my foot settles into the wool...but my next pair will be Tamaracs (Audrey 9").

Beware - these boots are not true to size. They are at least 1 size smaller than the equivalent standard US shoe size.

They fit perfectly although they make your feet look smaller, feel like soft slippers and look great! Yes by half size to one size up if you don't like your shoes to fit exact~I wear a size 8 and they fit just perfectly! I am getting another pair for my daughter~They are better than the uggs due to the durable sole and not that sloth look uggs give, plus the price is great for the boot~LOVE' EM...great boot

This boot is so comfortable and durable. Extremely warm. Fits like a boot should, about a half size bigger than my everyday shoes. My sister has 2 pairs of UGG boots and there is NO difference between these two brands. I definitely recommend them and would buy them again. Although they'll probably last several years, don't know if I'll need to buy another pair.
