I ordered these and they were delivered on time. When I tried them on, they were too big. I called customer service and was given a return number. I sent them off the next day and in less than a week, I had my new ones. I usually wear an 8, and had to get a 7. Order a size down and they will fit great! Love these very comfy boots with a lil arch support. Would definately recommend to everybody! Well worth the price!

These are a less expensive version of UGG, but that was fine with me. Be sure to order one size smaller. I normally wear a size 7 1/2 boot or size 7 shoe...I ordered a size 7 EMU and they fit like a size 8 1/2. I kept them anyway 'cause they are SOoooooooo comfy. I even took a nap with them because they felt so good. Price was very good.

I ordered a pair of the Bronte and Stinger Lo, and a Bronte Hi, and for me, they are basically the same great comfy boot. The Stinger is a little smaller in size, but I enjoy them equally. I have seen some of the other reviews saying the Stinger is so much better, but I have both and they are about the same. The Bronte inside is not quite as soft at first(but very little difference), but when broken in, is to me the same. I have not had any problems with parts of the insides coming out, or anything else, and I wear them every day.
You will love the boots, I highly recommend them.

I had bought these boots for my granddaughter and she was quite pleased with them. I had read that they ran big but I got her a size 9 and that's what she usually wears and they fit just fine.
