Editorial Reviews:

Product Description
Stop playing fashion roulette and put your money on this winning ankle boot. The perforated Oxford styling on the gleaming trim enhances the suede upper beautifully. The two buckles on the shaft add a bit of haberdashery toughness while the curving stacked heel makes sure everyone knows that you are all woman. This boot is a sure bet.

I ordered this bootie because I loved the combo of the shiny patent and more matte suede combo. It has great details like the buckles and perforations around the toe cap, plus I love the fact that the heel is wood - I'm less likely to scuff it up like a covered heel. It is dressy enough that it looks great with brown tights and a sweater dress and equally well peeking out from under a pair of jeans. If only it was about 3/4" lower or had a built in platform it would be perfect! The heel is 4" high and you feel it after awhile! About 80% of my shoes are heels, but 4" is my limit and usually most of my higher heels have a tiny built in platform which will take anywhere from 1/2" to a full inch off and that can make all the difference whether a pair of shoes are 2 hour shoes or all day shoes. I'd put these at about 4 hours, and not with constant walking. It does run true to size.
