Attractive and Comfortable Sandal November 8, 2008

I have been wearing Clarks for a number of years. Most of their shoes are fairly comfortable. After wearing this sandal, I decided to purchase another pair because they are extremely comfortable.

I never buy shoes without trying them on, but I know this style usually works with me, and Clarks are good shoes, so... I took a chance. The shoes are nice, but they didn't fit and therefore were uncomfortable.
Style wise, they are well made, but I ordered the rose color and it came with a rose colored sole... not balance or heel, but just the sole matched the top. That was odd looking.
One reviewer suggested getting a half size smaller and because of that I wasn't too worried about ordering my normal size... but they must have meant get a half size larger. I'm returning them and will try a LARGER size than I usually wear.
I hope a better fit will provide the comfort I think they should have.

I liked the color (orange)and the fit, but for extended periods of walking you may not want to wear these particular thongs. For the price you can't beat them!
A DREAM FOR NARROW FEET September 29, 2008

Thank you Clark for making a comfortable and stylish shoe that I can wear comfortably without slipping off my feet. I have very narrow feet (AAA) and have so much trouble finding shoes I don't just slide out of. I just purchased my 3rd pair of these sandals (black, grey and now bronze) and they are the cutest and most comfortable sandals I have ever owned. The straps are such that they hug your foot comfortably, and the insole has an arch support that also feels great for my flat feet !!! I can walk comfortably in these shoes for a couple hours without issue. I would highly recommend them, especially if you have trouble finding shoes like I have (because of being so narrow). They feel more like slippers than shoes, the comfort is that good.
I would also like to point out that the "gray" is really a taupe and looks much more "tan" than gray. They are practically giving thay color away here right now.
