I could not find a size 9 1/2 shoe for my son, locally, but I found it here. It was shipped right away, and I did not have to waste $25 worth of gas to find them. Thank you.

Most, if not all, of the lighted sneakers just do red lights. But these shoes light a myriad of colors! Also, being Stride Rite, they are very fine quality shoes. If the price is manageable, your toddler will be the coolest kid on the block.
