5 out of 5 stars You Don't Know What You're Missing! Album of the Year!   November 3, 2009
NYCBG (New York, NY USA)
"El Patron" gets my vote for album of the year. I picked up this CD a couple of months ago and have listened to it almost every day since. It's got such an incredible array of musical and vocal styles that it never grows old or boring. For what it's worth, I neither speak nor understand Spanish but it doesn't matter - the album sounds great! (I'm sure I would like the CD even more if I actually understood the words.) My enjoyment of "El Patron" prompted me to buy Tito's other CDs (as well as CDs by other artists he's worked with, such as Don Omar and RKM and Ken-Y) and I have not been disappointed, although "El Patron" remains my favorite. By far. I buy or download at least a dozen CDs a month, maybe more, so it takes a lot to get - and hold -my attention. This CD certainly fits the bill. I hope this guy gets all the success he deserves, because he is incredibly talented. I've already pre-ordered the "deluxe edition" of "El Patron," which will be released in mid-November and includes the duet that another reviewer claimed was missing (it's incredible). I can't wait to receive it. This is an incredible CD and I can't recommend it highly enough.

3 out of 5 stars Good, but where's the duet with Yolandita Monge?   May 31, 2009
Supernova (New York,NY)
Good record but look also for his duet of "El Amor" with Yolandita Monge!

5 out of 5 stars TREMENDA PRODUCCION!!!   May 13, 2009

4 out of 5 stars Good CD, Tito is definetly one of the Greatest   April 1, 2009
Anthony C. Pilozo (Virginia Beach, VA)
I have been following Tito since he was part of the Hector & Tito Duo, and ever since the split I have to say that you can see who the real talent was in the duo, not to say anything bad about Hector cause he did have his hits as a soloist, but Tito has definetly come of his own. This CD in my opinion is quite as good if not better than his first two solo projects. He experimented with beats that are different from the "normal" reggaeton beats that we are used to listening to and that is very refreshing in this genre. He doesnt abandon his reggaeton beats but uses them in a fresh new way. His lyrics are good and I believe that his next project will definetly be even better. This is a good CD if you buy you will not regret the decision.

5 out of 5 stars So far, me gusta mucho la musica en la CD   March 25, 2009
