Like Fine Wine, Buffett Improves with Age June 21, 2008 Burt Rochon (great state of texas) I've been listening to Buffett for over 30 years, and every time I think he can't get any better, he does. His concerts have matured a bit since "You Had to be There", but so have I and if anything they are better now than they were then. If I could only listen to one performer, it would be Jimmy Buffett.
new buffet live June 20, 2008 Thomas Patterson ('south' canada) as usual - jimmy puts on a great live show - it's a party everytime out all the favourites are here - variations in some melodies- but that keeps it fresh if you are a fan -a 'parrothead' - buy this now ! summer time is nigh - and the music is HOT !
Fly me to the islands.. June 13, 2008 Bruno Leunen (Brussels, Belgium) He does it again.. you just want to sit by the fire with him and sing all night long. Keep it rocking Mr Margaritaville !
Less talk makes this his best Live June 12, 2008 Gary (San Diego) Having all of his cd's to compare this with, I found this live album much more pleasing because there was a little more editing, which meant less talk in-between the songs. The dvd is a bonus for those of us who couldn't be there. I am a second generation Parrot Head, 33 and a teacher.
Very good live album May 23, 2008 Brandon Hale (Mississippi Gulf Coast) I really enjoy this one. The sound quality is good, there are some rare songs that you don't hear very often (e.g. Distantly in Love, Treat Her Like A Lady), and the setting creates a unique feel that's distinguishable from his other live albums. My impression is that his singing is a bit better here than on his more recent live efforts too.
