 Nice Songs But Sound Quality Just Fair April 4, 2002

I enjoy the selection of songs, however, the quality of sound is not great. You can't hear the steel drums over the annoying hissing of the maracas. In order to improve sound quality slightly I had to completely decrease both Bass and Treble. A better selection would be Island Time's Cool Caribbean Steel Drums that has been professionally recorded and digitally mastered in the USA.

I'm soon to be moving to Barbados and wanted to find a steel drum cd before i went, just to get a feel of the music i found it here on amazon i thought it was gonna be cheesy from the name and the price but for the price i felt i could try it. Oh my was i surpised when it came in the mail i popped it in and its a wonderful cd the music and sound is great, better than some of my cds! Its realxing and upbeat and really makes your feet going and its more than 40 min!! I highly recommend this its a great buy!!
Steel Drum lover's dream August 24, 2000

After a vacation in St Thomas, I wanted to find a great steel drum CD. I found this one by accident in Annalopolis while shopping and it was playing in a store. It is relaxing and upbeat, an all around great CD! I have a collection of awful steel drum music, so if you are looking for a good one, this is a great one for your collections!
