| Editorial Reviews:
Product Description iTrip - it's not just for iPod anymore. We call this one "auto" because it gets its power from your vehicle's 12 Volt accessory outlet. And we call it "universal" because it works with any portable audio device that has a standard 1/8" headphone jack (including CDs, MP3s, cassettes, and yes, even iPod). Additionally, the "Plus" in this iTrip model is the ability to charge your player by means of a built-in USB port. Plug in your player's USB charge/sync cable, and you get to listen to your tunes while you're traveling, and arrive with a fully-charged player.

great device...for the price March 11, 2010 P. Russell (HARKER HEIGHTS, TX, US) First off, contrary to other reviews, it does not deliver CD Quality sound (even on the INT mode). Only thing that will give you that quality is a CD or an auxiliary jack. However it does deliver good quality sound for less than $10, can't beat that.
works for me, sometimes. March 11, 2010 Jch (Florida, US) First thing i did was try it with my cellphone, a Nokia E63 (because of the reviews saying it gets interference from cellphones) but it worked greatly.
then my old ipod 4th gen. not so good, deep sounds had too much distortion, I had to set the volume of the ipod very low and turn up the radio, but then the white noise gets too loud, works better with my cellphone.
the big pro is the stereo jack, so you can use it with anything, I've used it even with my laptop. And th USB slot, so you can charge while you listen.
works better from 87MHz to 89MHz, for some reasons, read the reviews, some persons here explain this device way better than the manual.
one con is the weak signal, specially if you dont find a good frecuency, even passing cars can cause interference sometimes.
for the price, is a very good product and super easy to use.
Good product March 6, 2010 farmer 3356 (Twin Falls, ID) This company went out of its way to make sure I had a product that worked well.
cheap start to a transmitter for the ipod March 5, 2010 A. Carlson It works well for me now as a power supply for the ipod but it didn't transmit very clearly to the stereo. It might just be for my specific car... I ended up getting a tape adapter and using this product for the power feature. At least it was inexpensive.
works OK for me March 3, 2010 RommelMR (Manila, Philippines) Signal and sound quality are OK. I think it is also what you will get with other pricey fm transmitter out there, so this is a great value for money.
