I had ordered the incorrect chain, the 3mm was too big for what I needed it for. Therefore I had to make an exchange and order the 2mm ball chain which worked out great! There was nothing wrong with the chain, just that I needed a 2mm for my dog tags. Additionally, the chain is surgical stainless steel which is good for me because of my allergies. So I would be able to wear it with no problem. This product would be good for anyone with skin allergies!!! :-D

Excelent!!! I received it in good condition. It was inside a box with styro foam that surely it wont damage the item. Same as what you see in the picture. Actually I still purchased the 2mm ball.
