Ritz Camera gives great customer service! January 13, 2010

The roaster's lid does not "seat" well in the lip of the pan, so every time I checked the roast and tried to replace the lid it fell sideways into the pan. Ritz was great with customer service and graciously gave me a $25.oo gift certificate to make up for the cooking problems.
