 It's Pretty Small - Cleans Up Nicely March 16, 2010

I've used this as a broiler pan only once, but I'm reviewing it now because I've learned it all. Despite the clearly marked sizing noted on-line, I somehow thought that would be the cooking surface. This broiler/roaster pan is slightly longer/wider than the length/width of letter paper and has a good sized outside rim. It's too large for a regular toaster oven.
In operation, it worked quite well, nothing stuck and the juices (including bar-b-que sauce with brown sugar), cleaned up in a jiffy. I will soak it after use, though, because there are some crevices that may trap "stuff" and not get cleaned out initially. It's a good product and will work well for broiling small cuts of meat, a small roast or chicken. It's well made and has no sharp corners. Anyway, despite my inability to perceive size, I certainly recommend this Norpro Set.

This broiler pan is the same size as a sheet of paper and with the coating is esy to clean. It is a multi-functional piece of equipment and great to use.

Nice little fairly heavy-gauge set. Imagine it'll do well for moist-grilling big steaks / small roasts. That's the plan, anyway ;-p

I bought this to replace another broiler pan that went south. This pan is wonderful. Excellent price also. Perfect for an individual porterhouse.
