Product Description Granite Ware roasters brown better and cook more evenly than any other roaster. The dark exterior absorbs all the oven's energy, the steel core evenly distributes the heat and the glass interior doesn't alter the taste. This two piece set includes: 17" x 12" x 3.25" roasting pan, 16" x 11" broiler pan. Black

Really nice broiler pan February 3, 2010 Birdgarden (Michigan, USA) This is a very well-made,easy to clean, large size broiler pan. It's even nicer than the one that came with my stove. I would definitely recommend this product. Good value for the money.
Broiler set December 5, 2009 Mary G (Trinidad, CO USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Nice large, heavy set. So far I have only used the bottom portion for steaming bread baking as directed in the Artisan Bread in 5 Minutes book. It works great.
very pleased August 18, 2009 EVIL-een (CC, TX) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This is my first broiler pan, and I'm very happy with it so far. It's pretty light weight, but still sturdy and easy to clean. I never get steaks at over-priced restaurants due to my family's ability to kick butt at cooking them at home. It seems a waste of money when I can have something much more awesome at my own house. This pan's a bit larger than I anticipated, but I never measured out it's dimensions beforehand. I used it to cook a steak just last night, and it came out perfect. I definitely recommend this one.
Good sized broiler pan for the price. July 3, 2009 T.S. (San Francisco Bay Area, USA) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
If you are looking for a "do it all" size broiler pan, I think this is the pan for you.
Sturdy, and big enough for a 12 lb cross rib roast this pan will last you a long time.
If you are in need of a new pan, I highly recommend this broiler pan.
Dimensionally Challenged? June 27, 2009 ChuckleHead (Arizona) 6 out of 6 found this review helpful
I just received my broiler pans and all is well except that it is not quite as large as described. The packaging says " 15 3/4" x 10 1/4" Broiler Rack; 19 1/8" x 12 1/4" x 2 1/2" Roaster/Baking Pan" The actual size of the Roaster/Baking pan is slightly larger than the Broiler Rack. I only provide this in case you are considering this product for the same reason as myself, the stated 19 1/8" Roasting/Baking Pan size. The provided size reflects the overall size including the lip which is more than 2 1/2" of the end to end measurement. I expected the overall size to reflect the size including the rim, but I did not expect the rim to be 2 1/2" of that measurement. Other than that, it all that I expected. The porcalin appears to be of good quality. The design and fit looks good and the Broiler rack is ideally deep. A good product if not a little smaller than expected. Oh yeah, it is labeled as "Made In USA" :)
