Product Description
When preparing poultry or meat for the holidays (or just any day), youll be giving thanks for this exceptional nonstick roasting set from KitchenAid. Impress your guests with perfect results -- so moist and delicious -- assisted in the oven by a nonstick rack that lets fat drip away for leaner, healthier food. One-year warranty.

Amazon.com Review
Shorter days and cooler weather are a sure sign that it's time to cook heavier, more satisfying foods. However, satisfying does not necessarily mean unhealthy when it comes to making a meaty roast. Measuring 12 by 15 inches and with a capacity of up to 25 pounds, this durable rectangular roaster can handle everything from a Sunday dinner boneless pork loin to a gigantic Thanksgiving turkey with all the trimmings. The included rack holds meats above the pan so fat and oil drip away and a leaner, healthier roast remains.

Made of heavy-gauge carbon steel with sturdy rolled edges, this roasting pan is well-balanced for lugging heavier roasts. In addition, the steel construction offers the perfect heat distribution required for roasting or baking and won't warp under high oven temperatures. Anodized cast aluminum handles at either end provide a slip-free grip and are bolted on in an upright position, which feels more natural for lifting and carrying. The floating steel rack securely rests on the handle's interior bolts and won't shift during movement or scratch the bottom of the pan. Both the roaster and the rack have a high-performance nonstick coating that is resistant to even the toughest grease and oil residue. Conveniently, the nonstick coating is safe for cooking under the broiler, cooking with metal utensils, and cleaning in the dishwasher without concern of weakening its release properties. In addition to meats, the roaster can be used without the rack to roast potatoes or even bake a large, deep-dish lasagne. KitchenAid offers a one-year hassle-free replacement warranty on this roaster set. --Cristina Vaamonde

1 out of 5 stars lining peeled off - disappointed!   March 13, 2010

I thought this was a good quality KitchenAid product but it peeled badly after cooking a beef tenderloin at high temp. We threw it out.

1 out of 5 stars All flash no dash   March 10, 2010

I myself have bought this Roaster and yes it worked for awhile
but it started to bubble and peel. KitchenAid to their credit
have replaced both the original and the second they sent me.
KitchenAid says they are aware of the problem but have not
done anything to fix the problem. I suggest people spend a
bit more money on Berndes,Le Creuset or Emile Henry. They
may be more expensive but I don't have any problems with
these products.

5 out of 5 stars Fantastic roaster   February 18, 2010

I've owned this roaster for over 5 years now and it's absolutely fantastic. I've used it to roast some very large turkeys, up to 23 lbs. It cleans up so easily and the handles are very sturdy.

5 out of 5 stars works great   December 31, 2009

I have used my roaster about 3 times already and it has worked great. I don't know from reading some of the comments here that people say their roaster started bubbling. The previous times that I have used it I put water in the roaster when I roasted a ham or ribs.

1 out of 5 stars $59.99 Disposable Roaster   December 11, 2009
AMZDBYGRS (Pacific Northwest)
That is what it should be sold as, use it once and you have to throw it out. Bought this because of the Kitchen Aid Brand. Thought it was one of the best of the best, not anymore. Roasted a turkey, put the cooled pan in water to soak, teflon bubbled and peeled off. Only used cotton dish cloth to wash! GREATLY DISAPPOINTED NO P.......st OFF!
