Product Description This shovel-like tool makes cooking and scooping in a hot wok quick, easy, and efficient. The wooden tip prevents spatula from getting too hot to handle. The contour and sloping sides fit well into the curved wok. 14" length (the most common household size) can be used in a 12" or 14" wok and 16" length for 16" wok. Larger sizes also available.

love it to pieces October 20, 2009 L. Williams (USA) At first I couldn't wait to receive it, then after I used it a couple of times
the wooden tip part came loose, after only a few uses.
i like the way it scrapes, but I hate the way it comes apart after a few uses.
Gimped Wooden Handle August 7, 2009 Bluetoof (Texas) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I read the reviews here about the wooden handle issues, but crossed my fingers and ordered this anyway (great price). When the spatula arrived I tugged on the wooden handle to see if there would be an issue, it popped right off with ease. It just sticks in the handle like a cork. I really like the spatula and wanted to make it work so I figured I would go out to the garage and put a screw in it.
When I got out there I saw I tube of Liquid Nails (contractor strength, bought from home depot). I squirted the end of the handle full and shoved the wooden part in there, then let it dry overnight. This worked like a charm, no matter how hard you pull on it, it stays put. I gave the edges where the wood meets metal a little sanding and you would never know the dirty little secret.
The wood already seems dry and has a split in it, I'll probably put some water seal on it when I can find some.
I used it to cook with and it works like a champ, I really like this spatula.
14" Spatula for Wok (Chuan) May 10, 2009 Elora 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
This is one of the most sturdy spatulas
that I have ever owned, and I got it
from the "Wok Shop".
What's wrong with the handle January 7, 2009 marmstead 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I bought this spatula along with a new wok for Christmas. And as soon as I took the spatula out of the package the wooden part of the handle started falling off. I tried to convince myself that it was part of the design for cleaning. So I pushed the wood back in and went on trying to convince myself. Then the first time it was used the wood part fell right out again. It can be pushed in, but clearly this will remain a problem. The spatula worked beautifully when cooking. It really provided a way to move everything around easily in a very full wok. I'd love to get a new one to replace this one, however the return shipping is just about the cost of the spatula so it isn't worth returning.
wok spatula April 29, 2008 Geedee (Murfreesboro, Tn. USA) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
This item is perfect for dishing out sauce and stir fry from your wok. The only problem is the handle comes loose and needs to be tapped in occasionally.
