I have several Circulon pans and I love every one of them so I was pretty sure I would like this. I loved it! The rack is set a little higher in the pan than others I have seen, but that was not a problem, and may have been the reason the whole leg of lamb was done all around, without turning the meat on the rack. And the best part - it cleans up so easily.
I can't wait to cook the turkey at Thanksgiving!

Spent little $$, and got a decent product. Craftsmanship is nice and it does as good a job as any rack/pan I've cooked with in the past.

I bought this pan to cook our Easter ham and it worked just fine and the nonstick surface made clean up a breeze. I also like the handles going up instead of out.

I have been cooking and baking for over 30 yrs and this is the best pan I have ever owned.
Nothing sticks to this pan and I've had no problems with the rack either.
I initially used it for the first time on Thanksgiving. I roasted a 21 lb turkey, breast side down. It was the best turkey I have ever made!
I don't have a super huge oven but I had no problems with it fitting in the oven with ease. I didn't need to lower my oven rack from its usual middle position to hold the pan and the 21 pounder.
I don't understand the comment about using extra water when roasting because I have no idea why anyone would roast a turkey and use 14 cups of water??
I use this pan for so many things. I really love it for a water bath since it is nice and deep and the handles are perfect! It's also wonderful for lasagna.
I would have to say I would recommend this pan without reservations.
