Product Description
It's not called "nifty" for nothing! Let's not dwell on the time you dropped the roasted chicken on the kitchen floor as you tried to hold onto it with a spatula and a carving fork. Let's just say this is a much better method.

I can't use this product because when I put the turkey on it, it won't fit in my oven. I would warn anyone to check the size of their oven before purchasing this item.I never thought my oven was too small before. I wish I could return it but I don't have the packaging.

I purchased this item to use on the turkey that I roasted for dinner, this past Thanksgiving. It's well designed, and sturdy enough. I used it on a 14 lb bird, and would not necessarily think that it would work for a very large turkey. But for this size, it made it very easy to lift the turkey out of the roasting pan, without a problem. The chrome finish is heavy, and the rack washed easily. Very satisfied.
