Product Description
Tetris Worlds is a renewed version of the classic video game!

Amazon.com Product Description
Deceptively simple and completely addictive, Tetris Worlds adds colorful graphics, all-new gameplay variations, and intense multiplayer action to this classic game. Six modes of play challenge you with new rules, while its six different worlds evolve in complexity and difficulty as you clear one level and move to the next. Compete with up to four players to see which one clears levels the fastest. And best of all, this game is so straightforward that you can play it right out of the box.

5 out of 5 stars Long time fan...   December 27, 2007
Silver S (Baltimore, MD)
I'm always late to the gaming community - I just now asked for and received a Nintendo Micro for Christmas. I had a hankering to get my hands on the classics, and Tetris was one I knew I had to have.

I really don't understand why everyone is complaining about the 'world' backgrounds that fill the screen behind the blocks. It's really not that distracting from the game. There are options to toggle on or off, so if you don't want to see the piece outline, or don't want the option to save a piece for later, or see what piece is coming up, you can turn all that off. There are multiple levels and variations to the game play, so it should offer something for every player.

Great game, exactly like I remember playing back in grade school.

3 out of 5 stars I like the orginal better   November 11, 2007
Marybeth Langendorf (Cortland, NY USA)
What I hate about it is when you have a space under on of the blocks and when you try to fill that space with another block it won't let you. It is not the same. I have this as the computer game. I was hoping for the origional Tetris music but nope it is different. It is annoying at times.

5 out of 5 stars Can't stop playing   August 28, 2007
Pamela's Thoughts (Miami, FL United States)
This game is great. I bought it for myself (mom of 3) and have to fight with the kids to let me play it, in fact we bought a second game to have available to lessen the arguements. I used to play it on Atari years ago adn was thrilled to see Tetris available on Gameboy. Enjoy!!!

3 out of 5 stars Decent   August 5, 2007

The game settings are reset every time you turn it off, so that's kind of a pain. Plus, the instructions are confusing for the other types of modes. It's a decent time-killer though.

Being a tetris addict, i cant get enough!

i occasionally have problems with the game starting..but im assuming thats due to age and dust.
