3 out of 5 stars Cute game but a little on the boring side...   December 1, 2008
Goku (Miami)
I bought this game from GameStop on "black friday" along with a couple of other games and didn't think on saturday I would beat the game twice in one day on sunday I beat it again for the third time just for fun neatless to say I took it back to GameStop and got: Ice Age 2 - GBA. Which I like Ice Age 2 way better than this game "Happy Feet" the game Happy Feet is cute and has a great little storyline but to be quite frank and honest I felt as though I were reading a children's book for kids under the age of 5 and plus the game is very very repetitive it play's the same two mini games for each and every level I figured if I played the whole game through the first time as I progressed through the game maybe there might be different games to play well I was wrong! Dead wrong! 23 levels and the same two mini games through out the whole game. Very dissapointed with this DS game. Although I loved the movie the movie in it's self was very cute and charming. This game seriously bites the big one. If you like DS games that are repetitive, boring, & have penguin's in them then buy this DS game. Other wise don't waste your money on this DS game trust me there are thousands of other DS games to pick from this just isn't a very great game I now see why GameStop had this game marked down so low they sold it to me for [...] in case anyone want's to know how much I paid for this game.

5 out of 5 stars Awesome!!!!!!!   September 7, 2008
I got this game 2 days ago and it is AWESOME!!!!!!!! My Favorite thing to do on their is the dancing parts. I think it's one of the best games I've got on the ds. I would reccomend this game to anyone who liked the movie or people who just like tap dancing and sliding down a hill at 40 miles per hour which I do!!!! Trust me buy this game!!!!!!!!!!

4 out of 5 stars Fun for younger kids   January 26, 2008

This is a favorite game of several young kids in my family. They like the cute penguin graphics, music, and games. They liked trying to beat their records of how many items they coudl collect on the games, even after playing the same game several times.

1 out of 5 stars Just a rip off...read on..   November 19, 2007

First of all, I never saw the movie, and I don't care to. Infact, I wouldn't even have played the game except for my little sister got it for her birthday and wanted me to play it with her.

The first thing I noticed is the dance part of the game, where you tap the circles at the right moment to make the penguin dance, well..this is a huge rip off of Elite Beat Agents, how unoriginal can they possibly get? Elite Beat Agents excels, while Happy Feet is just a joke, and such a bad insult.

The other part of the game, basically all you have to do is sled down hill on your belly, avoiding things on the way down, and finally crossing the finish line.

So, do yourselves a favor, and stay away from this game, fan of the movie or not.

1 out of 5 stars complete waste of money   April 18, 2007

I usually play the game before the movie has even come out. I am sorry I bought this Happy Feet game,as it was a total loss. There are only two things to do on the game that you have to repeat over and over for each so called level. It is stupid and whoever programmed it was a moron. I had much higher hopes for the game since it had penguins. I guess it reminded me of Madagascars operation penguin game, which was way cool. Save your hard earned money! Don't waste it on Happy Feets game. It was programmed by someone who is obviously all washed up. I am as you can see really pissed about losing the thirty bucks it costed to buy this lame game. My ten year old has the same feeling about this game as well!!!Save your hard earned money!!! I wish I had had internet at the time so I could have read the reviews and saved my money!!!
