Product Description Garam Masala is the Indian word for a "hot" blend of dry-roasted, ground spices. Garam masala comes from the Ayurvedic or Indian dietary philosophy, which recommends warm spices for warming the body. Garam masala can include cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, nutmeg, mace and other spices. Our Guyanese Garam Masala is a special family blend. I have been making it since I was six years old growing up in Guyana. Comes in our signature airtight tin, which measures 2-1/2 inches in diameter and 1-3/4 inches in height.
