This is a great conversation topic at a coffee table ,... I am a certified Chef and I collect cook books from ALL over the world ,... I am awarded and specialized in International and Asian Cuisine , and I like this book as part of my collection too ,... the recipes are easy to follow and it is very practical for the family kitchen.
