I purchased a pair of Cubavera linen pants in late February, returned them in early March in accordance with their return instructions, and I have yet to receive my refund.

I called about 1 month after the pants were returned to inquire and the associate promised me a refund. The refund never came. The next time I called,a couple of weeks later, they told me they couldn't find my order number in their system, but that they could see via my USPS confirmation number that my pants were returned. I was promised a call from billing to resolve the matter. That call never came.

All in all, I have spoken to at least 10 (no joke) associates over the past three months, all of whom at a minimum have promised me a return phone call. That has never happened. One of the associates told me to call during business hours so that I could speak with the billing department, so I did just that, and guess what; nobody was in the billing department that day. Surprise!

Perry Ellis owns Cubavera, so I also tried calling them, but to no avail. I finally filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Be warned, if you purchase from Cubavera, make sure you don't have to return what you bought. If you do, you may never see your money again either. And I liked having $65 in my pockets.

p.s. Their pants were not worth the money, which is why I returned them.
