RUDE SERVICE; JACKET DOES NOT MATCH IMAGE!!! September 5, 2008

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. They sent an item that did not look anything like the image on this website. They in fact did not have any jacket that did look like the image. Then they would not pay for return shipping, or refund the original shipping, even though the mistake of posting an innacurate and misleading image was theirs. Their customer service e-mails were rude; they did not show any understanding, or attempt to understand. They did not answer any of my questions directly. I would not recommend that anybody deal with [...], lest they also be forced to have a horrible experience like I was. ZERO STARS!!!

I'm sure the Jacket is nice - but I wouldn't know considering mine never came. The seller never contacted me. Then they responded to the accurate feedback I left - saying that they attempted to contact me Via a Phone # that was "disconnected." Not only was/is my number not disconnected, I also emailed them 4 times and received no response. So if (which it wasn't) the number was disconnected, I'm most certain that Hotmail was not out of service. So there was nothing stopping a response to any of the 4 emails. Nevertheless, I received nothing. No jacket. No customer service. I had to go thru my bank to get my money back from this company and the tracking number they posted in the feedback is beautiful but that same tracking number as not provided to me when I requested it. Even so, it NEVER CAME. I've ordered for years from amazon, this is my first time having a problem. First time having someone say I received an item that never came. Pitiful service, hopefully a company with better customer care will come over and take over the distribution of the seemingly nice and cultural products. Until then, I'll find another source and so should you!
